2025 Deadline Club Awards
Entries for the 2024 Deadline Club Awards will be accepted until February 12, at 11:59 p.m. Click ENTER to the right and select Open Call Contestant Login in the bottom left corner. If you entered our contest last year, you should already have an account.
The Deadline Club journalism competition, one of the most prestigious in New York, draws more than 600 entries each year. The 2025 contest covers work that was published or broadcast in 2024 by news organizations in the New York area. Click the AWARDS INFO button for category information.
The fee is $90 per entry through the first deadline of Friday, January 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Fees will increase to $120 between the first deadline and the final deadline of Wednesday, February 12 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Entrants must be employees of or freelancers for news organizations with an office within a 50-mile radius of Columbus Circle in New York City.
