For mailed in entries, please provide two copies.
Rules & Eligibility
Eligible entries must have been created and executed between January 1 - December 31, 2023.
For a list of the categories, go to www.toca.org.
For the US contest, you must be a TOCA member.
International contestants are encouraged to join, but it is not required.
